The Bhaya Legend II is a slim, traditional, masted, Indochine junk boat, with just two cabins aboard her single deck, along with a dining room & bar and a sunbathing area. She offers exclusive, 2 to 5-day charter cruises around the Halong Bay archipelago in Northern Vietnam. With only 2 cabins, this boutique cruise boat is the perfect choice for a small family or four friends looking to enjoy privacy, comfort, personalized service and a wide range of activities.
Designated a World Heritage Site in 1994, Halong Bay in the Gulf of Tonkin, includes some 1,600 islands and islets, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars, rock formations and caves. Lan Ha Bay to the south features the same spectacular vista of towering karst outcrops that tourists typically associate with Halong but with a conspicuous absence of crowds. Bai Tu Long Bay is considered to be ‘the bay less travelled’, with many deserted and pristine beaches, and equally impressive karst mountains. In addition, Bai Tu Long Bay National Park is rich in biological diversity, home to many different flora and fauna.
The Bhaya Legend 2 cruise is a highly flexible private charter tailored to your specific requirements and personal interests, allowing you to fully customize your own itinerary. The team will be happy to collaborate with you and suggest routes and family activities in accordance with your preferences.
Luxurious Life Aboard
The ship’s crew of six, including your captain, private chef, deckhand, hostess or butler, and your very own personal guide, will be on hand at all times to fulfil your needs. You will be greeted at the cruise centre by friendly faces, a cold towel and welcome drink.
The onboard dining room serves fusion style cuisine: international, seafood, Asian and classic Vietnamese. Meals are served buffet style, or from an a la carte menu or a set menu. Kids’ meals and special dietary requirements are catered for, and you are welcome to personalize your food and drink menus. If you wish, you can relish an al fresco dinner on your own secluded beach.
At the end of each day, or during activities for some down-time, the inviting, teak-lined Bhaya Legend 2 cabins offer luxurious respite, furnished in a contemporary-Vietnamese style, complete with double or twin beds, crisp linens, hot-water showers and air conditioning.
On Shore & Water activities
You and your family or friends can engage in a variety of pursuits; visit local villages or explore the underwater world with masks & snorkels or scuba equipment. Hit the water in a kayak for an active adventure, enjoy a swim at Ti Top beach, or head ashore to explore the caves on one of the Halong Bay’s many islands. You can visit a floating fishing village, tour a pearl farm, take a bicycle tour of Cat Ba Island, meet the villagers, trek to a sightseeing point, try your hand at squid fishing, or study the amazing UNESCO protected geological formations.
Offering privacy and style, the Bhaya Legend II charter provides an exclusive way to explore Halong Bay on a customized family or small group journey, tailored to your desires. Personalize everything about your trip, from the menu to the itinerary, with a team on hand to ensure a flawless voyage from start to finish.
